Gina Santi knows what it’s like to be roasted by both menacing teenagers and tiny humans in footie pajamas—and somehow, the teenagers are usually less brutal.
Her comedy pulls from the chaos of being a high school teacher, becoming a mom way too young, disappointing her Filipino-American mom one life decision at a time, and navigating marriage, relationships, and adulthood when nobody actually gave her the manual.
Gina talks about raising kids while still feeling like a kid, Filipino family expectations that come with love, guilt, and a side of unsolicited advice, and the reality of marriage when “communication” sometimes means arguing about something that happened three years ago.
Teacher. Mom. Filipino-American. Wife. Comedian.
